RENTAL AGREEMENT
For Devil's Den Spring Cabins,  RV Sites, Tent Sites.
CHECK-IN:  3 .00pm
CHECK-OUT BEFORE:  11.00am


PAYMENT
One night’s NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to complete the reservation
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance may be paid in advance or upon arrival
Payment for reservations will be made through PAYPAL
You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation, we will required proper identification upon check in

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Neither the owners nor their representatives are responsible for personal items lost, damaged , or stolen from vehicles, cabins, or the premises
Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
Illegal drugs and the discharge of firearms, and fireworks, are not allowed on the premises
TV reception and Wi-Fi service are not guaranteed Please dispose of extinguished cigarettes in appropriate receptacles

CABINS
Damage to the Cabins and its contents, beyond normal wear and tear and/or missing items will be the responsibility of the renter. Repair and replacement costs will be charged to the renter's credit card on file
Please be sure linens are left in good condition, and none are missing
Please wash, and put away dishware (subject to a $20 surcharge to Credit Card on file)
Please put trash in garbage can on the porch
Please put used towels in bathtub upon departure
Do not rinse dive equipment in bathtub or sink
Upon arrival, cabin should be clean and set with fresh linens. If not, please contact the front office immediately (352 528 3344) and situation will be corrected

RV PARK
Garbage must be dropped in the Dumpster at the Front Gate
Dogs are permitted in the RV Park ONLY and must be maintained on a leash at all times
Tent camping and “Sales Tents” are not permitted in the RV Park. Children’s play tents are permitted.

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND MINIMUM/MAXIMUM STAYS
The maximum number of guests in the Cabins are limited to 4 per cabin
Renters who exceed the occupancy limit, or falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation or check-in, and additional occupants, will be referred to local hotels, if we do not have additional space available.
If we have space available full additional unit pricing will apply
One night minimum stay in cabins Monday- Thursday, TWO night minimum stay Friday- Sunday.  Any exceptions to maximum or minimum stay must be approved by the Manager
